EMBROIDERY & PERSONALIZATION SERVICES

Professional Embroidery:

Embroidery is the most durable and professional option for personalizing garments. We can transform your business artwork into a high-quality embroidered design using only the finest materials, ensuring your brand is represented to the highest standard.

To get started, simply email us your company logo. We will digitize it—this is the process of converting your logo into a stitch file that our machines can use. A one-off digitizing fee of €30.00 (ex VAT) applies for new business logos. Once paid, your logo can be reused on any future garment orders at no additional cost.

If you've already placed an order with us and paid the digitizing fee, you will not be charged again.

Personalization & Branding:

In addition to business logos, we also offer embroidery for personalized items—from names on school uniforms to one-of-a-kind wedding gifts. There is no minimum order quantity, so whether you need a single piece or a bulk order, we can help.

Embroidery pricing is based on frame size and stitch count, with each item priced individually.

Embroidery Pricing (Guide Only):

Final price may vary depending on stitch count, design complexity, and colors used.

Small Frame (60 × 40 mm): €5–€10

Medium Frame (100 × 100 mm): €10–€15

Large Frame (180 × 130 mm): €15–€25

X-Large Frame (300 x 200 mm): €25-€37

Bulk orders (20+ garments) qualify for discounted rates.

Logo & Design Requirements:

To digitize your logo, we require:

A high-resolution image of your logo/design

The size you'd like it embroidered

The placement on the garment

Once digitized, we will send you the file for approval. A copy of the stitch file will also be emailed to you for your own records.

Digitizing fee: €30 (applies once per new logo) - reduced based on quantities & whether we supply the garments or the customer.

Changes after approval: €17.50 (ex VAT) - reduced based on quantities & whether we supply the garments or the customer.

Does Size Matter?

Yes. Embroidery pricing is based on the number of stitches in your design. The number of colors does not affect the price—you can use up to 15 thread colors at no extra charge.

Vinyl Printing

While embroidery is completed in-house, we also offer vinyl printing through trusted partners. Vinyl printing is ideal for:

T-shirts

Large back prints

Hi-Vis vests

This method allows for bold colors and larger designs. Simply send us your company logo by email. If you've used our vinyl printing service before, we'll already have your logo on file.

Important Notes

Customer-supplied garments: Items embroidered at your request are done at your own risk. We cannot take responsibility for any damage during the embroidery process.

Right to refuse: We reserve the right to decline items if deemed unsuitable for embroidery.

Returns: Once an item has been personalized, it cannot be returned.
