• You have the right to cancel and return your order within 7 days of receiving it providing it is still in it's original packaging, with the tags and prices attached to it as received, and not worn or washed, or sent for embroidery, subject to Irish consumer protection law.
• Customised or personalised items (e.g., embroidered garments) cannot be returned unless faulty.
